Roles and Expectations: Responsibilities of both coach & client, including preparation & engagement.
Communication Boundaries: Guidelines for contacting between sessions & availability.
Scheduling and Cancellations: Booking sessions, notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Fees and Payment Process: Cost of services, payment due dates, methods, & refund policy.
Confidentiality: Ensuring client information is kept private & secure.
Ethical Conduct: Adherence to ethical standards & guidelines.
Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing supervision & personal development.
Client Well-being: Prioritising the well-being & autonomy of clients.
Insurance: The insurance policies held.
Force Majeure: Neither party is entitled to compensation or damages due to termination of the agreement for force majeure.
Pricing and Payment: Agreement on all costs associated with service delivery in advance & payment prior to completion of services.
